Multivector policy as it is
"For the first time the term " multivector diplomacy of Kazakhstan " has been used more then ten years ago. It had to designate the independent, free, versatile approach of the young state to the world affairs. In fact Kazakhstan pursuing multivector foreign policy had to balance between various geopolitical centers of power that tried to exert influence on our country and on the Central Asian region. Ten years have passed since then and we have to estimate the results. Has this policy proved its efficiency? Has such a phenomenon ever existed?
